Dr. Ravil Chamgoulov ![]() High-altitude climber and cancer researcher Dr. Ravil Chamgoulov’s quest is to summit the highest mountain on each of the world’s seven continents, UNGUIDED AND ALONE, to raise $1 million for cancer research and care in British Columbia. Ravil is a member of the BC Mountaineering Club. Six of the Seven Summits Achieved Solo Ravil has successfully climbed the highest mountain on each of six continents, unguided and alone. North America: Mt. McKinley/Denali, 20,320 feet - May 2004 South America: Mt. Aconcagua, 22,841 feet - March 2005 Europe: Mt. Elbrus, 18,540 feet - September 2005 Antarctica: Vinson Massif, 16,067 feet - December 2005 Australia: Mt. Kosciuszko, 7,130 feet - May 2006 Africa: Mt.
